Thompson & Morgan has grown considerably since its first seed catalogue was published in 1855, they are now one of the UK’s largest mail order seed and plant companies shipping products from their Suffolk base. The range includes loads of garden ready sized plants as Michael Perry told Ken Crowther.


The greenhouse at Thompson & Morgan in Suffolk is packed with a huge range of plants in various sizes ready to be despatched.  The company is known for its plug plants but now they have got bigger with ‘Postiplugs’ which can fit through most letter boxes to garden ready plugs that ready to go outdoors as soon as they are delivered as T&M’s Michael Perry explained to Ken Crowther.



One of the real stars of the new Thompson & Morgan catalogue is a brand new vegetable – egg and chips a combination of the aubergine or egg plant and potato. Michael Perry from Thompson and Morgan told Ken Crowther there is potential for more duo vegetables in the future.
