February can be a time for planting hardy varieties of jasmine outside, such as Common jasmine (Jasminum officinale) and winter jasmine (Jasminum nudiflorum). However, Star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) may need protection from the colder weather in the UK, especially if you are further north.
