Paul Seaborne from Pelham Plants at Laughton, near Lewes, in the Sussex Weald is exhibiting at Chelsea in his own right for the first time. Previously his business was part of a collective stand with a couple of other businesses.
In this year’s display Pelham Plants is supporting the WFGA (Working For Gardens Association) and the design attempts to in-corporate the colours of the Suffragette movement (Purple/white). The WFGA helped to create opportunities for women to work and study in horticulture.
