Q: I listen to you regularly and can you tell me how to take cuttings from my basket begonias i.e apricot shades. I have looked at different websites but they all seem to be about the indoor potted begonias. Would the method be the same?
A: I’m sorry to tell you that you cannot take cuttings from basket Begonias. They are generally from seed unless the plants in your basket are not a fibrous begonia and one that has produced a tuber. If this is the case the tuber can be kept year-on-year.
