The gardens at Anglesey Abbey in Cambridgeshire are vast covering 114 acres, 36 of these are mown lawns.

It takes a team of six full-time gardeners and an army of volunteers to keep the gardens looking beautiful.

The history of Anglesey Abbey (2015)

The gardens of Anglesey Abbey in Cambridgeshire were privately-owned before coming to the National Trust in the 1960s.

Since then the gardens have been cared for and enhanced by the organisation.
